Chefs Association (SCA) is a civil body
started as
an idea since 2011 and registered as a charitable
organization in last 2016 by a group of
independent Sudanese persons to obey their
interest to improve their career and
also to
modernize the practice of Sudanese Chefs.
The main
purpose was to establish a well organized
association
aiming to improve this marginalized
specialty
which treated as an invaluable
position
in Sudan.

In order to increase chefs’ skills
and knowledge,
the Sudanese’s Chefs Association
organizes
regular culinary competitions that
bring the
chefs community together.
The skills of chefs are measured against
each other as well as against
international standards.
